WebI booted up Mario Kart 8 for the first time and noticed an odd issue: the framerate is hard-locked to 30FPS (no fluctuation, constant 30.00 everywhere), which means the game plays at 1/2 speed. My PC would definitely be able to handle it better since it easily gets full or near-full speed in every game I tried so far. Playing Rage or Wolfenstein was barely tolerable since those games were hard locked at 60fps which gave you 30fps per eye, a lot of movement would cause eye strain.
