WebApr 14, 2024 · Hubitat may be cheaper than homeseer, but if you value your time and your sanity I cannot recommend Hubitat. Customer support is part of the cost of the product. In my opinion, if a company cannot afford to provide adequate customer support for a technically complex product, that product is not worth buying at any price. Had some issues with some rules, and while working with support, found out they have an undocumented remote access into the hub, including full read access to logs and devices.
