WebbStart a new project with your base body as the reference and your outfit as the, uh, outfit. Conform all and copy bone weights to the shapes. You need to make sure every vertex has bone weighting, so use the weight masking option in the menu to check if you got them all and start manually figuring bone weights for any remaining until you do.
